In 2007 the first Hoorn Modestad event was organized. Since then, a fashion spectacle has been held in the Hoorn city center every last weekend of March and September. It is striking that this fashion festival has grown into a major crowd puller, especially due to the participation of many independent entrepreneurs and family businesses.
